TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The artist reserves the right to decline any commission.
• Payment must be made in advance via PayPal (in Euros € or US Dollars $, exchange rates may apply) in order to secure a spot on the waiting list. The artist will provide an estimated delivery date. If the client has a specific deadline, it must be communicated in advance.
• During the process, the artist will keep the client updated at the sketching, line art, and coloring stages to allow for feedback and corrections.
  • Structural or pose changes are only allowed during the sketching stage.
  • Detailing changes are allowed during the line art stage.
  • Only minor adjustments and color changes are allowed during the final stage.
• If there are any changes or additions not included in the initial estimate, they will be charged at the end of the job, before delivery.
• Cancellations are only accepted during the sketching stage. In such cases, the client will receive a 50% refund.
• Upon completion, the client will receive a digital file in JPG or PNG format, approximately 2000x2000px. If a higher resolution or specific format is required, it must be requested in advance.
• The client retains all rights to print or use the illustration for commercial purposes. The artist retains authorship of the artwork. Credit to the artist (alienprideart) is appreciated but not mandatory.
• The client grants permission to the artist to share the final artwork on social media. If confidentiality or publishing restrictions apply, they must be discussed beforehand.

WHAT I DRAW

• Fan art, character designs, OCs, real people, cartoons/parodies
• Covers and comics
• Sensual or sexy poses
• Moderate violence
• Detailed costumes, armor, props, weapons, mecha

• I also color artworks created by other artists

WHAT I DON’T DRAW

• Hyper-realistic art or portraits
• Explicit sexual content / extreme violence / gore
• Anything illegal or that makes me uncomfortable
